Located at Ostbahnhof in Berlin, the project proposes a mixed-use structure that combines housing, commercial, cultural and office spaces within a single urban system. The building is conceived as a vertical layering of programs, where an open   and active ground floor extends the public realm and connects to the surrounding city. Above, different uses are organized in a stacked configuration that allows for both density and flexibilityThe project explores how hybrid typologies can intensify   urban life by overlapping functions and creating new spatial relationships between living, working and public activity.
