Lima and Callao face long commuting times, fragmented development, and a housing deficit of over 68,000 families. The project counters urban sprawl by building urbanity through density, stacking housing above economic activity to reduce distances and create a walkable environment.
Located in Ciudad del Pescador next to a market and public park, the project works as a compact piece of city. An open ground- floor plaza merges street, commerce, and public life, while housing rises above in terraced volumes with light and outdoor space.
